Aurelia

Aurelia Plumeria

About:

Aurelia is a Plumeria Hybrid grown from seed by Tex and Kay Norwood bloomed for the first time in 2009. Kay’s first name is Aurelia and fortunately it was worthy of being named after her. A seedling of pod parent Emerson’s Pink Nova. She has a striking 3″ flower, a beautiful red with gold center and a dark red throat. An average bloomer with 4-6 flowers blooming at a time on each inflorescence. Growth habit is compact to medium and the scent is sweet and spicy. Aurelia looks similar to Emerson’s Pink Nova and has special meaning because the seed came from our dear friends Emerson and Nancy Willis.
